Boonville- Patricia M. Peck, 77, formerly of Hawkinsville Road and Kortenaer Village, Boonville, passed away at The Presbyterian Home for Central New York, New Hartford, on Thursday, November 6, 2025, where she had resided since January 2020.
Patricia was born in Rome, on August 27, 1948, a daughter of Alfred and Yolanda Landry Peck. She grew up in Rome and in Westmoreland where she completed her education. For many years Patricia operated a house cleaning service in the Rome area.
Pat is survived by her sisters, Elvera (Douglas) Brodock, Taberg, Marjorie Zanker, Boonville, with whom Pat had made her home with before moving to Kortenaer Village, Linda Zanker, Ava, NY; brothers, Gene (Rhonda) Peck, Boonville, Lawrence (Ann) Moore, Blossvale and Steven (Catherine) Peck, Rome and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great, great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and Charles Banks; a brother, Steven Peck; brothers in law, Lester Zanker, Franklin Zanker and by two nieces, Dionne Underwood and Theresa Perry and a great niece, Tonya Brodock.
Pat will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
She was a great lover of animals, especially her horse and her dogs. They enjoyed her great care for them.
Patricia’s family wishes to extend a note of sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at the Presbyterian Home of New Hartford, for the great love and care which was extended to her.
Her Funeral will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12 Noon at Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler St. Boonville, where Pastor Brandon Pitts, of the Abundant Life Church, Boonville, will officiate. Interment will be in New Union Cemetery, Town of Verona. Calling hours are Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Rome, P.O. Box 4572, Rome, New York 13442, or to Alzheimer’s Association of CNY, 441 West Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse, NY 13204.
