Linda Mary Myers

Manassas Virginia – Boonville, NY - Linda Mary Myers passed away on August 24, 2026, in Manassas, Virginia, after a long illness. Her sisters are Deborah Pritchard (Gary) and Charlotte Loadwick (James), and her brother is Lawrence Myers (Terry). She has numerous nieces and nephews. Her parents Harold R. and Dorothy Myers predeceased her.

Linda graduated Adirondack High School in Boonville, NY, with the Class of 1968, before and attend the SUNY University at Albany. She is a retired Navy CDR and attended the Naval Postgraduate School. She also attended classes at ECPI University, majoring in Cyber Security. Linda has been employed in the US Navy as an unrestricted line officer for 11 years, in the Navy Reserve for 10 years, In NASA'S Kennedy Space Center for 8 years and at Lockheed Martin as a System Engineer for 6 Years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service, on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Boonville Cemetery, where Rev. Thomas I. Ward, pastor of St. Joseph’s church, Boonville will officiate and where members of the U.S. Navy, the Charles J. Love Post American Legion, Harland J. Hennessey Post V.F.W. and the Tun Tavern Marine Corps League will render Military Rites. Her arrangements are in care of Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. 143 Schuyler ST. Boonville, NY.
