Holland Patent

Daniel “Waddy” C Wadsworth, Jr. 59 of Holland Patent, husband of Tracy Wadsworth, passed away on Wednesday June 25, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on November 18, 1965, in Canton, NY, a son of Daniel C. Wadsworth Sr., and Joan Kampnich. He grew up in Remsen, NY, where he also received his education. Dan relocated down south to pursue his career in the stucco and plastering trade. Dan then moved back to Central New York in the mid 1980s. Most recently Dan had his own business know as “The Chimney Guys” located out of Holland Patent, NY.

In June of 1999, Daniel met the love of his life, Tracy Roberts. The couple were united in marriage on July 11, 2015, in Alder Creek, NY.

Daniel also known as “Waddy” was a man who truly lived life full throttle. A die-hard motorcycle rider, he found his greatest joy on the open road, especially during his cherished trips to Bike Week where he made lifelong memories and friendships. Whether he was riding with his crew, cheering on his favorite NASCAR driver, or unwinding at camp, he brought laughter, stories, and an undeniable spark wherever he went.

Known for being the life of the party, Dan had a magnetic personality that drew people in — and he always knew someone, no matter where he was. His ability to connect with others and make everyone feel like family was one of his greatest gifts.

Daniel is survived by his loving wife Tracy of Holland Patent, NY

His loving children: Casey Tyndall of Holland Patent, Chloé Becker and Blase Pachura of Marcy, Calli Becker of Holland Patent, and Kayla Tersip-Wadsworth of Remsen. A grandson Oví Pachura, sister Elizabeth (Jamie) Anderson, Emmonsburg, NY, stepsister Joan (Bruce) Martelle, Delmar, NY. A special cousin Yvonne (Scott) Stewart, Pyrites, NY, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Lonnie Kampnich.

A devoted father and a loyal friend, his memory will live on through the countless people he impacted with his larger-than-life presence, quick wit, and generous heart.
