Charles Seelman

Boonville - Charles Seelman, 55, of Thayer Hill Road and formerly of Summit Street. passed away at his residence on Thursday, September 11, 2009 after a long illness. He was born in Constableville on April 19, 1954, a son of the late Donald and Helen (Seelman) Seelman. Charles grew up in Boonville and graduated from Adirondack Central High School in 1974. He was employed by several local contracting companies; from 1994 until his retirement in 2008 he was employed as an environmental technician at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare. He was a fan of NASCAR racing. On July 2, 1983, Charles married Linda J. Grabauskas at St. Patrick's Church in Forestport. The couple was later divorced. Survivors include two daughters, Kari L. Seelman and Krista D. Seelman, both of Forestport. Services and interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boonville will be private at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
